Overview
Your $250 reservation secures your place in line to purchase a home under our co-ownership model at Black Coast Estates. Reservations are fully refundable at any time—no questions asked. Once you reserve, you’ll receive an email confirming your payment, your position in the queue, and how to request a refund if you change your mind.
While a reservation does not lock in exact pricing, it guarantees that you’ll be contacted in order of the queue and presented with the best acquisition options available when it’s your turn. We’ll reach out using the email and phone number you provide, so please ensure your information is accurate.
Reservation Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation Fee
A reservation requires a $250 deposit in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Reservation fees are fully refundable at any time.
Reservation deposits will not accrue interest.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days to the original form of payment.
Timing of funds arriving in your account may vary depending on your payment method.
Black Coast Estates will cover all transaction and refund fees.
Black Coast Estates reserves the right to terminate a reservation at any given time and by any reason, for which it will process the corresponding refund.
3. Confirmation & Queue Placement
Upon making a reservation, you will receive an email confirmation.
This confirmation will include:
Proof of payment.
Your spot in the reservation queue.
Instructions on how to request a refund.
4. Pricing
Reservation does not guarantee final pricing.
Pricing displayed is indicative of anticipated offerings but may vary.
Exact pricing and availability will be confirmed when your turn in the queue arrives.
5. Priority & Offers
A reservation guarantees that you will be contacted in the order of the queue.
When you reach the top of the queue, you will be presented with the best available offerings at that time.
One reservation entitles you to purchase multiple co-ownership shares of a home, subject to availability.
Reservations secure the right to be contacted, and does not constitute an agreement, right, obligation, option contract or similar instrument over a specific lot, unit, structure or co-ownership share nor any right whatsoever over the project.
6. Communication
We will attempt to contact you when your spot in the queue arrives. If we do not hear back from you and are unable to establish contact with you within three (3) business days we will have to move forward to the next spot in the queue.
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is accurate and up to date.
If we are unable to reach you after three attempts, we may move to the next person in the queue.
7. Transferability
Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be sold, assigned, or given to any third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Reservation Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
9. No Guarantee of Purchase
A reservation does not obligate you to purchase.
Likewise, a reservation does not obligate the developer to sell any specific lot, home, or co-ownership share at a fixed price.
