The project works with local contractors, builders, and suppliers throughout construction. Existing natural elements on the land have been preserved wherever possible.
The team is also involved in local initiatives, including improvements to nearby infrastructure and support for community facilities. The intention is to build something that fits into Playa Negra as it exists, and contributes to it over time.
