Property management ($150/mo) covers cleaning, maintenance, and on-site staff. Program management by OCHO ($100/mo) covers LLC admin, accounting, concierge, app, and contracts. The reserve fund ($50/mo) covers repairs, linen replacement, and kitchenware.
