Yes, after a 1-year hold period. You set the price. OCHO facilitates the sale with a dedicated marketing fund. There's a Right of First Refusal process (OCHO first, then other owners, then open market), and you only pay fees when the share actually sells.

OCHO gets first right. Other owners in the home get second right. If no one exercises ROFR, the share goes to market.

What fees apply when selling?
A 6% transaction fee, applied only at the time of a successful sale. Of that 6%, 4% goes to a dedicated marketing fund for selling the share, and 2% covers admin and legal transfer. There are no upfront costs to list or market your share.
